Wortham - Medical Facilities in Cisco

I was told today "There were some of the Worthams around Cisco, they ran a place for handycap people I think.". Does anyone know anything about this; I'm not coming up with anything. Our Wortham ancestors supposedly ran some sort of clinic or medical college in west TX and hoping this might be a good clue. Thank you, Sandra
