Not sure still of Jennie. 2 of her children are VERY ethnic in photo but they could be throwbacks from farther down. But we may have simply been tribally adopted. It would explain dad learning language from her as well as us being accepted at a pow-wow when I was very little.

Still cannot figure what became of Joe Weiss. Did he die or abandon?
There is a doppleganger with a wife that has farther spaced children that ends up settling in census with another family about time he permanently was gone. But Jenny was married to this person first if it is one and same.
