Trying to find Moses Pettis family. He is one of my greats grandfather. Can't find him in the 1870 census. Does anyone knows when they came to Ellis Co. He and first wife, Ellendon had 1 daughter and 4 sons, Joseph W C is related to me. Ellendon died in Georgia but have no idea when or where she buried. He remarried in 1859 to Lucy Walker and she had 3 children. Have no idea when she died either. So any information would be great.
