Another researcher told me that Martha & Matilda Hardin may have been the children of the Reverend John Wesley Hardin, a Methodist minister at Bonham, TX. Martha married a William B. Clem, and Matilda married William's first cousin, Henley Clem, in Limestone County, AL in 1848 and 1849.

Does anyone know if there was, in fact, a Methodist minister named The Reverend John Wesley Hardin in Bonham in the early 1800s? If so, were Martha & Matilda his daughters? Who was his wife?

Any information will be appreciated.
