I already had all the information that you listed except for all of John and Ann's children. I am convinced that Ann is D D's daughter. D D's will and Matilda living with her is pretty compelling evidence, although her name being Ann E (or Elizabeth) and D D's will listing Elizabeth A gives me some cause for concern. I keep hoping to find a marriage record, obituary, funeral record, etc that would list her name as Vaden.
