I see you are new to posting messages on the Rootsweb system. When you post, it is very helpful to fully identify the person(s) you are researching. Knowing his full name (Olin Zee Porter) and date of birth helps to identify him and any records. Since you have a nice family tree containing him, post the link to his profile helps answer a LOT of questions that a researcher might need to have answered. This also helps you from getting information you already know. Some researchers don't know how to find them:

The Fisher County Gen/Web Project:

has photo's of Schools...However, their link doesn't work. At the bottom of my post are other books and info, but you can find them on this website. Contact them via the Lookup Tab for school pictures.

Was he involved in education in Nolan County, TX? It does border Fisher County. Here is a book that "might" be written by him?
http://books.google.com/books?id=-7Q5OAAACAAJ&dq=%22o+z+...

This book, identifies O.Z. Porter as Lake View Elementary Principal, but again little information online:

He is mentioned also in this one:
http://books.google.com/books?id=jrqhAAAAMAAJ&q=texas+%2...

I found one book that described the school, unfortunately the info is limited online:
http://books.google.com/books?id=UwULAAAAYAAJ&q=%22capit...

Another:

The name "Porter" is mentioned a number of times in the book "The First 107 Years of Fisher County, Texas."
http://www.hiddenancestors.com/fishertx/history/107years.htm...
Which is found in the "History" tab at:
http://www.hiddenancestors.com/fishertx/index.html
You can request a lookup in that book at the Look-Up Tab.
--Also note on the Look-up Tab is "The Picture Book of Fisher County."
