Hi Casey,

I have no idea why the records were still in the orphanage. There were a number of boxes, books, desks, tables, etc. in the basement. There were still shelves with writings on it, along with a freaky weird room under the stairs with a sign to keep out because it belonged to "Mr. Bluebeard" or something like that. Frankly, the place was a bit frightening, especially that basement. The owner just left everything intact. I did reach out to the State/City and that's when I found out that their records (or what they kept) were also destroyed in Ike.
