The Warm Springs facilty in Ottine is still open. Brain trauma patients live there full time. The main facilty was moved into Luling- not San Antonio.
There was another Mineral Springs facility in Caldwell County. Burditt Wells. This was a hotel with mineral springs for guests to use. I have not ever heard there was one in Harwood.
