I am a descendant of William (Billy Popa, Black Popa) O'Neal, and Angeline (White Momma) Woodson (maiden name). Angeline's mother was Mary Franklin (maiden name), and her mother's name was Amy Franklin who seems to have been born in Virginia. The O'Neals founded the Hoods Point church and I think school as well. I am looking forany information about them, and their family. Thank you.
