My grandfather was John Wesley Holt , his father was murdered , it was never solved . His widow was left with two young boys , my grand father John and his brother Mack Holt . I've been told their mother remarried a well known sheep rancher who was also a widower with children. John's father was killed with hammer blow's to his head ,this occurred sometime around the late 1800's or early 1900.If anyone can help me find any information , I will be grateful .
