I became more curios about Glenn Tapp who I still found no further info on prior to 1920.

I found a death record in Henderson county for a Mollie Sutton Tapp, 11 Oct 1952, # 49847.

The 1930 census indicates Mary/Mollie married when she was 23, appx 1903. I found a Mollie Sutton, who matches Mary E "Mollie" Tapp, in the 1900 census in Ellis county.

Lost all of the Sutton's after the 1900 record.

All of this is speculation without obtaing Mollie Tapp's death certificate.

I checked the Marshall County Alabama website on Rootsweb...many marriage records online, some performed by John C Sutton going back to the 1840's and some by James M Sutton.
