James William Stone (20 Oct 1888 - 29 May 1957) is a difficult search! For certain his wife was Myrtle Edith Stone (31 Jan 1894 - 3 May 1978) and both died in Tarrant County. Their infant son Jas Leslie Stone (9 Sep 1913 - 12 Dec 1915) also died in Tarrant. James W. registered for WWI Draft in Fort Worth and his employer was R. A. Dyer-brother inlaw. View 1930 Tarrant-Fort Worth-District 65-Image 30 for James W. Stone(41), Myrtle E.(36), and Helen E.(10). Next, 1940 Tarrant-Fort Worth-(257-55)-Image 18 for James W. Stone(51), Myrtle R.(46), and Evelyn L. Pyle(24). Helen Elizabeth Stone wed James Gordon Farris and they had: Gene Gordon, Elizabeth Ann, and Linda Sue. Helen was also the informant on both parents' death certificates.
