I am unable to locate a specific issue and page of the Anson Western Observer/Enterprise and would like some help or suggestions.

I am looking for October 7, 1943 page 5. There is a continuation of an obituary for George W Winter on that page from page 1.

I have located page 1 on Newspaper Archive, have contacted Anson Public Library and the Center for American History at the University of Texas as well as Genealogybank.com and have not had any success.

I was told that Anson Public Library has some older copies of the paper but they were brittle. I don't know if anyone would be able to look through them due to their condition.

If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.
