I am completing a book on Texas Congressmen and am looking for a photo of Edwin Leroy Antony (b 1852 - d 1913). He was a Prosecuting Attorney for Milam County (1876-1878), a Cameron Alderman (1890-1892), and a lawyer in Cameron. He was a US Congressman from June 14, 1892, until March 3, 1893. He did not get renominated and returned to his legal practicein Cameron. He died in Dallas in 1913 and was buried there.

I just need a photo. Any ideas where I could find one of this fellow?

The book is a compilation of biographies of the men and women who have represented Texas in the US and Confederate House and Senate -- all 271 of them. There will be one more, probably John Culberson, added to that number in January 2001. He is replacing the retiring Bill Archer.

The book includes photos off all but 4 of these guys. It also includes data on primary, legislative, and general elections.

Eaking Press is Austin has signed-up to publish this book next year (2001).
