ANDERSON family at Illinois Bend, Montague County Texas 1863

Surnames: Anderson
It is my understanding that the ANDERSONs helped settle Illinois Bend, in Montague County. I am desperately seeking ANY and ALL information concerning the ANDERSON family(ies) that settled at Illinois Bend prior to 1863. I have hit a stop on finding any further information concerning RUFUS ANDERSON and/or his brother WILLIAM ANDERSON. Their parents and a baby sister were killed in the Indian Raids of 1863 into Montague and Cooke Counties. Rufus Anderson was my great-great-great-great grandfather. Because of his traumatic experience he never spoke of his parents, therefore I have been unable to find or get names and dates. I've read a great deal concerning the raids into Montague County in 1863. I have pulled information from Joseph Carroll McConnell's "The West Texas Frontier", John Henry Brown's "Indian Wars and Pioneers of Texas", and now the excerpt from T.R. Stump's book "History of the Early Settlers in Montague County, Texas" posted on montaguecountyhistory.com. If you need further clarification as to what information is needed, please contact me. I would appreciate any help.
