Edgar Glover (b. abt 1862, d. 1918) was "given to raise" by his mother to Martha Gant (b. 1810, d. 1878) who left him property with income in her Will. She appointed a Guardian who saw to his education and welfare.

I'm trying to find out who were his parents.
