I'm not related but was born/raised in Daingerfield. Lookup findagrave memorial for Frederick Stanton Thigpen (17 Oct 1845 - 4 Jan 1909) in Young County. There's also a Confederate Widow's Pension Application with vital info. Mary Melissa Robinson (Age 74 - 11 Apr 1926) died in Wichita State Hospital but was a resident of Young County. Find the family: 1880 Morris-Precinct 1-094-Image 27, 1900 Morris-Precinct 6-District 99-Image 11, and 1910 Young-Precinct 4-District 278-Image 3. There is a glaring error on 1900 census for May age 14, born Aug 1885. Based on later info, that was Frederick Lee Alexander Thigpen (7 Aug 1885 - 30 Aug 1959). Another noteworthy difference is the son identified as Aelic in1900 and Alexander in 1880. His death certificated filed as William Elie Thigpen (16 Mar 1877 - 31 Aug 1948). Other sibling death certificates: Sarah Elizabeth Pratt (1874-1950), Vela May Leftwich (1879-1961), James Thomas Thigpen, and Charles Edward Thigpen viewable/printable https://familysearch.org/
Gave it my best shot but Frances Sigourney Thigpen escaped with no verifiable data after 1910. Scratch that last sentence. She's buried in Young County findagrave memorial, misread, "S. Courney Thigpen (11 May 1891 - 26 Feb 1912).
