Mary Virginia Stark was the daughter of James Thomas Stark born in Ohio appx 1822 and Martha Ann Skidmore born abt 1830 in Ohio. They married in San Augustine co TX in 1847. Martha died about 1863 and is buried in Rapides Parish Louisiana. James Stark died 1893 in Orange county? TX.

Unable to pinpoint any data on James Robert Kelley who died after the 1900 census and before the 1920 census.

Mary Kelley was in Orleans Parish in 1920. P B Kelley registered for WW I Draft in Orleans Parish in 1917 or 1918. Card says he was born Suffolk VA Burkeville ? I do not find Burkeville to be in Suffolk county but one is in Nottoway county.
