Surnames: Davis & Roybal
Charles Davis was born about 1842 in England (?) and died before 1895. Cecilia Roybal was born about 1852 in New Mexico (?). They had 3 known children Jose (born Aug 1867), Juliana (born about 1870), and Francisco (my grandfather, born about 1874). They were living in Tascosa, TX. in Nov 1885 when Juliana married Trinidad Tofoya. The Roybals were sheep herders from New Mexico and could have been in the Tascosa area in the 1860s.
