Sometime in 1955, my mother (now deceased) gave birth to a baby boy who was stillborn. I believe she was taken to the old Norwood Hospital in Mineral Wells, TX but beyond that, I have very little information. Before she died, Mother told me she didn't know what "they" did with her baby's remains and that she did not name him. I have contacted the Texas Bureau of Vital Statistics and they told me they have to have an exact date before they can look up any records for me. Most all the relatives who had knowledge of this event are deceased. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can do long distance to find out anything more about this birth?
