Eli Rhoden was my ggggrandfather. He was born around 1822 in South Carolina, and migrated into Texas around 1855. He had at least 12 children, and most of them lived and died in Polk County. There are lots of Rhoden's around, but few lines left to connect them to each other. I need information on the following children of Eli: George Oscar Rhoden, Sr, b. 1846, Joseph Rhoden, b. abt. 1848, Jesse, born abt 1854, Thomas Rhoden, b. 7/17/1863 married to E. Cunningham, and C. Davis (buried Big Sandy), Charles H., b. 10/07/1867, Decatur Eli Rhoden, b. 4/2/1865 (buried Livingston), John b.abt 1868, and Charlcey Rhoden White, who died in 1932, and is buried in Peebles Cem.
