My great great grandfather was Thomas Faircloth. He brought his family to Polk Co., Texas between 1840 -1850. His son, William Henry Harrison Faircloth m1. Mary "Mollie" McCrorey and they had several children. He then married a Caroline Taylor and they had no children. Divorced. He then married her sister Lydia Taylor and they had no children. William died and is buried in Hico Texas. His son, Alexander Stephen Faircloth was his executor of his will when he died. Lydia was still alive and moved back to Polk Co. Texas from Hico Texas.
