Specifically looking for documentation (bible record, will) that will prove that Elijah is the son of Richard Haley. Elijah & Felix are shown in the 1850 census living with the Britton (Brittain) household. Supposedly they were sent to live with their sister and her husband after the death of their father.

My husband is the grandson of Dr Joe P Haley (1876-1936)
