Hello Board

I wanted to know if someone on here can assist in helping me writing a letter to the Judge of the district court or circuit clerk of Abilene, in reguarding to getting an adoption record un sealed and copies sent to me.

A few years ago I was able to get a copy of a Hospital Record and Probate record from another county and the hospital record for the Terrel State Hospital for the Insane in Terrel. This lady helped me construct a letter for me to send to that judge and it worked. I no longer have her info .

Wanted to know if anyone could help me with constructing a letter and what to say and what not to say.
