BROWNWOOD - Lucile Elizabeth Frazier, 83, of Temple died Tuesday, May 19, 1998, in a Temple nursing home. Service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Coggin Avenue Baptist Church with burial in Eastlawn Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Davis-Morris Funeral Home. She was born May 28, 1914, in Pinkstaff, Ill., and had lived in Brownwood for more than 50 years before moving to Temple in 1994. She was a homemaker and a member of Coggin Avenue Baptist Church. Survivors include three daughters, Janis Fry of Temple, Celia Hudler of Fort Worth and Janie Stewart of San Angelo; a brother, John Julian Flaherty of Manchester, Conn.; four sisters, Louise Cullar of Abilene, Betty King of Pasadena, Mary Jean Pikkarainen of Grand Prairie and Lillian Sue Chadwick of Levelland; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
