In search of my gggrandmother Mary Jane Fortenberry. She married William T. Mann in Nacogdoches Co. Tx in 1856. The 1860 census has her listed with Wm. T. and two children, my ggrandfather-George W b1857, and Martha E b1859. Wm T. possibly died in 1862 in the Civil War and may be buried in the Mann Cemetery in Tyler Co. Tx. From there I can find no information on Mary Jane. My ggrandfather George is then in the Milam Co. Tx 1880 census with his wife Annie E (Garrison) and a 7yr old brother William E. Any info on the Mann or Fortenberry families would be greatly appreciated.
