You both have almost the same info on your trees. I'm not related or acquainted with anyone using surname Mixon. To view her tree, click the logon name then click "View Profile" on the next window. I've got "decent" lookup skills and offer the following: Ella Mixon Sims (Sep 1864 - 1920) buried in Navarro County, TX. James Redden Mixon (FAG: 23 Aug 1877 - 14 Feb 1930) buried in Dawson County, TX. James' true birth closer to 23 Aug 1874 per census records and WWI Draft Card. Members of this family were found 1850 Jackson Parish, LA. That's consistent with William Allen Mixon's census birthplace. Lookup 1850 LA-Jackson-Not Stated-Image 75 for Joel Mixon. He and Feriby Pheleu Mixon (15 Jul 1795 - 2 Apr 1860) buried Lincoln Parish, LA. On 1850 Jackson, LA, notice the family of Nathaniel Mixon possibly older brother of Joel?
