Can anyone tell me if there was a family relationship between JOHN NANCE GARNER of Uvalde Co. and LEROY F. GARNER who married Laura E. Thompson in Frio Co. TX? LEROY was elected J.P. in Del Rio, Val Verde Co. ca 1900. At the 1850 TX census, I found what appeared to be two brothers living with a family. They were Leroy and John Garner. Leroy was about 25 - old enough to be my Leroy's father, but no wife or child. Both men were from TN. Thanks
