Who was Mrs. Norris Foster Jr.?

Surnames: Foster, Wilkinson
My great-great-grandfather was Norris Foster, son of Norris and Rebecca Valentine Foster who came to Walker County with their family in the late 1830s.
Norris the younger was born in 1825 in Amite County, MS, and died in Walker County about 1851, according to will on file in courthouse in Huntsville.
Despite his very young age, he had married and fathered four little girls, one of whom, Sarah Jane, was my great-grandmother. The little girls were raised by Harriet Foster, wife of James Foster, brother of Norris who also died young.
I have never been able to find out whom Norris married. Apparently she was dead before the 1850 census.
Sarah Jane married John P. Wilkinson, a CW vet originally from Alabama, and they lived just over the line in Grimes County. She died before the 1880 census. I have never been able to determine where she is buried -- certainly not in the two Foster cemeteries west of Huntsville.
Does anyone have any information that may be of help in naming Norris Foster's wife or locating Sarah Jane's grave?
