Oscar Gumersindo Sanchez would be around 57 years old and lived, and may still live, in Laredo, TX. He is retired from the US Navy

We checked anywho and some other sites and although there are a number of people with the same name, and same middle initial, we are not sure if he is one of them. My husband had an email address and phone number for him but they are no longer valid.
