John WILLIAMS, b. Alabama c. 1797. His father was David WILLIAMS of SC. John WILLIAMS was aka "Johnny" and later as (TX Ranger) "Capt. Johnny". He m. Sallie _____ in AL. They were in Madison Co., AR by 1833 and in Georgetown, Williamson Co., TX by 1848. They had ten (10) children including a son Isaac Newton WILLIAMS. Sallie had died in AR in 1847. Johnny WILLIAMS m. (2) Mrs. Martha Niler JONES at Georgetown, TX in 1852. The family moved to San Saba Co., TX in 1854. I wish to exchange info with other researchers re the Johnny WILLIAMS and Isaac Newton
