I recalled forming a conclusion that the "Si" information was probably in error? Someone was married to a Simon/Simeon (given name) or variation thereof. I've observed numerous death certificates with obvious errors that were not supported by historical data. Mary Elizabeth's husband was Simon Rouswell. That's a stretch but......? Why do you need the marriage certificate? The actual date, 4 Jan 1867, recorded on the pension application.
