My great grandfather was George Gidney, born India. My grandfather was Albert George Gidney, born in Madras India 1879, died 1940 NZ, he was a soldier and married three times. (1) Lillie (nee Pearson)originally from Dublin Ireland, they had 4 daughters, Quebec Canada; (2) Emily (Freeborn)settled in NZ about 1925 after the war and had one daughter in 1931; (3) Olive Cranston, NZ, no children.
Emily was my grandmother but dies about 1933.
I am trying to piece together my ancestors.
