Mr. Boren, greetings and saluations. My employer has purchased Sheep Creek Ranch, and he is very passionate about prehistory and history. As informal as this post is on, I apologize. You have worked for decades on one of the most fascinating time periods. You have personal connections to Cleophus Dowd's legacy not many people, well, no one else has. As you are aware, haters abound, and some people in academia have cast dispersion on a lot of your work. Well, be that as it may, I find your writing to be very interesting and easy to read. I believe whether or not I can ratify some of your articles with other sources, your tribal knowledge of this ranch and of your voluminous research, deserves respect, and I very much respect your insight.

I am creating a dissertation based on the Sheep Creek Ranch. We have already identified unrecorded prehistoric and historic sites. We are also equipped with more technology than most, i.e. minelab, trimble gps, we're professional surveyors and engineers, and have resources that are undefined. This ranch is on private land, so I dont have to adhere to Section 106, 110, what have you, but we do, because we care, rather because we have a need for answers.

I would love the opportunity to meet with you.
