HI, I am looking for distant relative who went by the name of Augustus Davis. Born 1800, in Middlesex, London, England. He worked as a Lighterman on the River Thames. I have found him in The English 1841 census, but from then onwards nothing, but I do have reason to think he went to America at some stage.
