I'm still confused. The 1870 and 1880 Censuses lists Duncan's Retreat as being in Kane County. Also Toquerville in 1870 and 1880 was in Kane County - they should have both been in the same county until that county line changed, sometime around 1882, wondered if anyone had the date of that change.
