Age: 40, b.Feb, 14, 1878.
Race: white, Natural Born Citizen.
Occupation: Farmer & Stock Raiser for Whittaker Bros., Beaver Co. Utah.
Nearest Relative: Mrs. Rhoda Ann Thompson, Circleville, Piute, Utah.
Signed: A R Thompson.
Med height, med build, Blue eyes, Dark hair.
Date Sept 10th 1918.
My relationship is he is the brother of my grandfather's 1st wife.
