It is indicated from Social Security Records that Cecil Flummer was living in Salt Lake Co., Utah when he died in the 60's? I'm researching this Flummer line and am interested in finding out more about Cecil and who his parents were and talking to any of his siblings or children. I have a guess but don't know for sure. I have a fair amount of info I am willing to share on our Flummer heritage if you are related to Cecil. The history goes back to the 1700's in Virginia.
