"Manchester Cemetery" (1939) = Factory Point?

I picked up my great-great-grandfather John Warren BOURN's death certificate while passing through Massachusetts on Friday and finally found his burial location -- Manchester Cemetery in Vermont. (He was born in Manchester, so no huge surprise there.) I don't know of any cemetery in Manchester by that name. I know that many of his ancestors are at rest in Factory Point, so I'm wondering if that cemetery might have been known as Manchester Cemetery in 1939? *Are* there other modern cemeteries in Manchester? I've never seen any, but maybe I've missed them.

Thank you so much for any help you can provide!
