Still searching for my Taylor line after 20 years!! Supposied to have been born in St. Albans but can find no records - names are Francis Taylor, wife Martha (poss. Foss) and son James born c, 1844. Just came across a birth in Lowell, Ma. for a Joseph Taylor son of Joseph Taylor born in georgia, Vt. Since Georgia and St. Albans are close I thought it might help me as well as someone else!
