Hello, my grandmother I believe was on the train that stopped in Enosburg. The adoptive parents were Jerry & Rosalie Couture. "Couchie" was how it was pronounced by the non-French speaking natives. She was called "Bessie" by her adopted family I think and later maybe went by Agnus Richardson I believe. She married my grandfather Joseph Benoit in Enosburg Falls, and had a son, Douglas (my father). I am looking for information on her and hope to find the names of her birth parents. If you have any info about her or her life I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Mary Ann Benoit
