Surnames: BAYLEY, FOWLER, MERRILL, NOYES, PORTER, PUTNAM
Jacob FOWLER, brother of Abner, came to Newbury area about 1763. He married Betsey MERRILL of NH in 1750; they had three daughters, including Hannah and Anna. I suspect Betsey died in the late 1760s.

Hannah FOWLER married Ephriam BAYLEY, son of BGEN Jacob BAYLEY and Prudence NOYES; Anna married Joshua BAYLEY. Were the two BAYLEYs brothers?

Jacob FOWLER apparently married, secondly, to a woman named Mary, with whom he had a daughter, Polly (1771-1858). Polly married Asa PUTNAM, son of Tarrant PUTNAM and first wife, Mary PORTER, at Corinth in 1792.

I would like to connect with anyone interested in these families.
