GRAND ARMY BALL
Annual Event Comes Tonight in Colonial Hall - Supper in
The annual Grand Army ball will be held this evening in
Colonial hall. The grand march will start at 8 o'clock and will
be led by the commander of Roberts post, George F. Brown
and the president of the Women's Relief corps, Mrs. Nellie C.
Crowley. The dancing program will contain twenty numbers.
Wilson's orchestra will furnish the music. The floor
committee consists of N. W. Williams, L. D. Kenny, Harry A.
Levins, Harry Post and W. H. Dunn.
A supper consisting of escalloped oysters, salads, coffee
cake, ice cream, etc., will be served in GAR hall from 10pm
until midnight to all comers.
The proceeds of the ball and the supper will be used as a
nucleus for a fund to erect a suitable soldiers' monument in
