In the District Court of the United States for the district of Vermont
In the matter of Alexander Hanley, Bankrupt.
To the creditors of said Bankrupt, and all others whom it may concern: The undersigned assignee of the estate of said Bankrupt hereby gives notice that it has been ordered by the District Court of said District, that the second and third general meeting of the creditors of said Bankrupt, be held at the United States court room in Rutland in said District, on the 31st day of October A.D. 1873, at 10 o’clock a.m., before A. P. Lyman, Register in Bankruptcy for the purpose named in the 27th and 28th sections of the Bankrupt Act, of March the 2d, 1867, and this is also to give notice that I have filed my final account, as assignee of said Bankrupt, and that at said time and place, I shall apply to said Court for the settlement of said account, and for a discharge from all liability as assignee of said estate, in accordance with the provisions of said 28th section.
