His baptismal record in which he is listed as Elie Frédéric Moreau (attached) shows that he was born July 25, 1855 and baptized the same day at Immaculée Conception, Trois Rivieres, St. Maurice, Quebec.
His parents are listed as Frederic “Maureault” and Noé Rosalie Pellerin. The godparents are Elie Pellerin and Pélagie Boucher, who are the parents of N. Rosalie Pellerin.
The elder Frédéric Moreau and Rosa Pellerin were married 4 Jul 1853 at Trois-Rivières, St. Maurice, Quebec. His parents are listed as Frédéric Moreau and Marie Josephte Ouillette.
You can find them on the 1851 census in Trois Rivieres.

I have not found her parents’ correct names nor her birth/baptismal record.
As for Clara Bergeron Moreau, her death record is listed on Familysearch.or, Vermont Vital Records 1760-2003. She is listed as born in 1864 and died 2 Oct 1938. Father Alexander “Bezceron” (sic) Mother “Foda Roy” . Obviously misspelled.
