I am trying very hard to find information Ruth Marilyn Howard, daughter of Russell and Helena Howard of Putney. Ruth was born in 1928. She married Chester Haggett in 1946. I cannot find a death record or any obituary for her. Since the marriage did not last, I wonder if I am losing her trail because she remarried.
