Seeking info on the family of Elizabeth LEWIS and John FIELDER. Seeking any marriage (probably in Albemarle Co, VA), death (Wlliamson Co, TN) or census records. Thanks for any help.

1. Elizabeth Lewis, born 1740; died aft. 1802 in , Williamson, TN. She married (1) abt. 1758 in Albemarle, VA, John Benge, born abt. 1730. She married (2) abt. 1772, John Fielder, died aft. 1802.

4 iii Obediah Martin2 Benge [1201], born 1763 in Albemarle, VA; died 23 Mar 1846. He married (1) on 4 Aug 1787 in , Wilkes, NC, Elizabeth Ware [1741]. He married (2) Sarah Fields [1885]. !BIRTH: Military Pension File !MARRIAGE: 'Some Pioneers from Wilkes Co., NC', pg 55, marriage #1 !MILITARY: 'Abstracts of Revolutionary War Pension Files' @ ACPL, 'Benge, Obadiah M., Sarah, R743, NC line, soldier applied 22 Feb 1843 DeKalb Co, AL, aged 79 years, soldier at age 16 to 17 was forced into service by his step father, John Fielder as a sub for James Green in Surry Co, NC & about 1791 or 1792 moved to Davidson Co (then Cumberland) TN for 8 years, thne to what is now Franklin Co, TN. In 1814 moved to Walker Co, GA & lived among the Cherokees until they were sent West.'
