William E. Allen (b Jun 1861 per 1900 census; d between 1920 and 1930 census); lawyer in Covington

Wife: Lucia Jane Sterling (1880 census says 16 [b 1863-64], but 1900 census says Aug 1870; 1910 age 40; 1920 age 50; 1930 age 60) died after 1930 census.

Three children:

Mary S. Allen (b Jul 1893), apparently married a Sheen between 1910 and 1920 - back living with widowed mother as Mary S. Sheen in 1930, with dau Lucy M. Sheen age 9

Lucia J. Allen (b Jun 1895); last record 1910 census

Frances W. Allen (age 5 in 1910; age 24 in 1930); not found in 1940.
