My Jacob Black was the father of Catherine Black (b.1802) and the father-in-law of Daniel Kessler (Early marriages, wills, and some Revolutionary War records, Botetourt County, Virginia by Anne Lowry Worrell). These are my husband's ancestors lsited/cited/written about in Morris Kessler's "Out of the Blue Ridge."
