Does anyone know of ANY families that were in Buckingham between 1761 and about 1779 who then went to one of the counties in NC mentioned above? A William and Elizabeth (Unknown) Davidson were there by at least 1780, and they MIGHT have been from Buckingham Co., VA, based on a couple of "clues." I hope to prove if they were from Buckingham by who their neighbors were in NC (since I doubt that they went there alone). I do not yet know who their neighbors were in NC, but I plan to investigate that next. Thanks!
